If someone is asking me to lend some money, I think that the person is reliable.
But I am still worried about being not able to get the money back. What should I do?
When you do financial transactions with someone, it is recommendable to keep it as a
document.
  • When you lend some money to someone, it is recommendable to write a letter of IOU. In that
    document, you must specify the amount of money, interest rate, the date of payback, and
    both the borrower and lender have to make their signature on it.

I like the house and want to make a contract. But I don’t know whether it is safe.
I heard that there are several things to know before signing a contract. What should I do?
  • When you buy or rent a house, it is safe to do the transaction through a licensed real estate
    agent rather than making a contract directly with the owner of the house. In addition, you have
    to check the real estate register of the concerned house and also the written contract itself
  • As buying a house is different from renting a house, it is recommendable to consult with the
    licensed real estate agent about the differences.
