Permission to Stay for refugees

Once recognized as a refugee, have your visa change to a F-2 Resident or apply for the Status of Stay from an immigration office with jurisdiction over your place of stay
※ Required Documents: Certificate of Refugee Status Recognition, Application (Annex No. 34), an identification photo, passport (if not available, statement explaining the reasons), proof of residence. (Processing fee will be charged.)
You may be allowed to stay in Korea for an extended period of time until the circumstances related to your refugee status cease to exist
