Cancellation/Change of Permission of Stay

Cancellation or change of stay status
   Status of stay may be changed or cancelled if:
  • The personal reference was withdrawn and no replacement was available.
  • The status was gained through false or other wrongful means
  • The conditions outlined by his/her status have been breached
  • The status could no longer be maintained through unavoidable circumstances.
  • One greatly breached the Immigration Act or other Acts
  • One have directly disobeyed reasonable orders from an Immigration officer
