This is to announce that submission of d0cuemnts proving the place of residence is required for Extension of Stay for Departure and Postponement of the Termination of Departure as identifying foreign residents’ place of residence has also become crucial in containing the spread of infection during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

▢ When to Submit: When applying for Extension of Stay for Departure and Postponement of the Termination of Departure- Submission of d0cuemnts proving the place of residence is also required when applying for Extension of Stay for Departure using e-Application services- Submission of d0cuemnts proving the place of residence is required for every application made even when one’s place of residence has not changed
