[Mandatory Reporting of Foreigners’ Employment Information]

l  Persons subject to the reporting requirement
Foreign nationals who engage in for-profit activities (including self-employment) under the visa statuses listed below are required to report their employment information (occupation, industry, annual income). If any of the reported information changes (changes to the reported occupation or industry information, or to the reported annual income bracket), an Employment Information Change Report must be filed within 15 days of the change, pursuant to the Enforcement Rule of the Immigration Act (Articles 47 and 49-2).

Visa statuses subject to the reporting requirement:
？ Intra-Company Transferee (D-7), Corporate Investor (D-8), International Trade Management (D-9)
？ Professor (E-1), Foreign Language Instructor (E-2), Research (E-3), Technical Instructor (E-4),
   Professional (E-5), Arts and Performance (E-6), Special Occupation (E-7), Seasonal Work (E-8),
   Non-Professional Employment (E-9), Maritime Crew (E-10)
？ Resident (F-2), Overseas Korean (F-4), Marriage Migrant (F-6), Work and Visit (H-2)
