  ○ (Qualification) A person who meets the criteria set by the Minister of Justice, such as age, education and income

  ○ (Eligibility) A person engaging in the high-tech industry with high possibility of contributing to the economic development of the Republic of Korea and the strengthening of national competitiveness and whose residence in Korea is deemed necessary by the Minister of Justice

    ② Employment contract, proof of employment

    ③ Recommendation from related central government agency, certificate of business registration

    ④ Documents proving eligibility for applicants such as certificate of graduation/certificate of degree, certificate of career

  ○ (Qualification) Spouse and underage child of a person who meets the criteria set by the Minister of Justice, such as age, education and income

  ○ (Eligibility) Spouse and underage child of a person engaging in the high-tech industry with high possibility of contributing to the economic development of the Republic of Korea and the strengthening of national competitiveness and whose residence in Korea is deemed necessary by the Minister of Justice

  ○ (Qualification) A person engaging in the high-tech field under contract with a domestic company and who is recognized by the Minister of Justice as having professional knowledge or skills to enhance national competitiveness, etc.

  ○ (Eligibility) A person engaging in the high-tech field with high possibility of contributing to the economic development of the Republic of Korea and the strengthening of national competitiveness

  ○ (Qualification) A person engaging in the high-tech field under contract with a domestic company and who is recognized by the Minister of Justice as having professional knowledge or skills to enhance national competitiveness, etc.
