The design of Residence Card (including Permanent Resident Card and Overseas Korean Resident Card)∗ which are issued to long-term foreign residents in Korea has recently changed and a new type of residence card with its convenience and usability further improved will start to be issued from April 1, 2023 onwards.
∗ Has the same validity as resident registration card in relation to various procedures and business relations as stipulated in laws and regulations
