HiKorea has newly added a feature that allows you to file an

online report for the loss of residence card or domestic residence

card in order to prevent wrongful use by someone else in case of card loss.

This service is available through the HiKorea “Report Loss of

Residence Card” page under the “Information Lookup” menu.
