Reporting Change in Passport

Registered foreigners are required to report changes in passport information such as due to re-issuance of a passport, etc.
  1. • This civil petition is Reporting on Changes in Matters Registered by Aliens under the Immigration Act, and registered foreigners are required to report related matters to the immigration office within 15 days from the date of occurrence.
  2. • Among the passport information, If at least one item of passport number, issuance date, and expiration date has changed, it can be reported through e-Application service. However, if more than one item of name, date of birth, and gender has changed, it should be reported to a jurisdictional immigration office via in-person visit.
