Reserving an appointment means that you will be able to specify the date and time that you wish to visit the immigration office from online - just as you would reserve a ticket for a movie or make an appointment with your doctor.
Those that made a reservation can file their application without having to wait, provided that they visit the immigration office on time, with the reservation receipt.
- Reserving an appointment : Available every day throughout the year
- Eligible to : Registered Hi Korea members
※ However, reservations made prior to December, 2007 from the Ministry of Justice e-Application section may be reviewed without Hi Korea membership. Refer to “Guide former users of the MOJ e-Applications service” for more details.
- Online reservation available period : Designated period from the next day of application date of reservation.
(Available from the next date of application date. You can not make a reservation for today's visitation. Designate period
of online reservation for Working visit visa is until 30th June, 2009 and designated period of online reservation for every
visitation except Working visit visa is until 31st March, 2009.)
-Extension of possible period of reservation : The possible period for making a reservation for Working Visit (H-2) visa will be extended for a 1 month on the final working date of every month 18:00p.m.
(On February 27, 2009 18:00p.m - You can make a reservation for January, February and March 2010. (exceptionally)
On March 31, 2009 18:00p.m - You can make a reservation for April 2010. )
- Canceling reservation: Available until the day before the appointment (You cannot cancel on the day of the appointment)
- Void reservation: Please be advised that your reservations will be automatically rendered void if you cancel on the day of the appointment, are not present until five minutes after the reserved time, or have specified the wrong office / window.
※ If you miss more than 3 appointments without prior notice, reservation service will be made inaccessible to you for a certain amount of time.
Please print out your receipt, make sure that all the details of the appointment are in order (such as the office, the date, window number, etc), and present it when you come for your appointment.
Please use [My e-Applications>Manage e-Applications] to manage your applications or print out your receipt.

Using e-Applications.
- Member of the Ministry of Justice website (www.moj.go.kr) must sign up with Hi Korea (www.hikorea.go.kr) in order to take advantage of its e-Application and related services.
View/cancel past online reservations
- Those that reserved a visit through the Ministry of Justice website prior to December, 2007, may review or cancel their reservation without having to sign up. It can be accessed from [My e-Applications>Manage e-Application]
Modify former reservation
- If you’ve reserved a visit through the Ministry of Justice website (prior to December, 2007), you need to sign up before you can edit your visit from [My e-Applications>Manage e-Application]
