Suwon Immigration Office will change of location for better service for foreigner in south part of Gyeong-gi area.

It will move from 28~29 Nov. 2009 and stared of work at the new Office on 30 Nov (Mon) 2009.

New Office locate in 'Gyeong-gi do, Suwon Si, Yeong-tong gu, Yeong-tong dong, 1012-6 ' It's location for 6,571㎡ and floor space of 5,382㎡. It has lower ground level 1 and 4 story building. It started construction work from 23 June, 2009 and completed 15 Nov, 2009.

Department of arrangement for New Office is as follows.
1st Floor : Department of civil application (Chinese, Non-Chinese, VISA, Depository for document)
2nd Floor : Department of offense, investigation, Nationality,Training room for body.
3rd Floor : The head of an Office. General affairs section(Social integration), reception room for alien, Auditorium, Assembly room
4th Floor : Department alien protection

New Office will have various space like a department of civil application as well as reception room for alien especially for marriage immigrant and 200 seating capacity of auditorium, waiting room for applicants.

Also new office is near by public square, Ban-dal park, The small & medium business administration of Gyeong-gi branch office, Yeong-tong community social welfare center so that have more comfortable civil administrative service.
